Portland Metro Plumber

Terms of Service

What we are, and what we're not

Portland Metro Plumber is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed plumbing professionals who serve the Portland metro. We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or warrant any plumbing work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a plumber you reach through this site.

How the service works

When you submit a request, we route it to an independent plumber who covers your area. That plumber contacts you directly. Any estimate, price, schedule, or warranty is between you and the plumber. You are free to accept or decline their terms, and to seek other quotes.

No charge to you

Using this site and requesting a callback is free. You pay the plumber, and you pay only after you agree to the work.

Your responsibilities

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee that a plumber will be available for every request, in every location, or at every hour. We make a good-faith effort to connect you with a licensed local pro, but the quality of any work is the responsibility of the plumber who performs it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Portland Metro Plumber is not liable for any damages arising from work performed by an independent plumber, from a plumber's failure to perform, or from your use of this site.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is posted here. Last updated October 2026.
